2.1. To be eligible for a refund, the headwrap must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2.2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
2.3. Personalized or customized headwraps are exempt from refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
Refund Process:
3.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Laimaniafrica79@gmail.com with the title 'Refund' as your email. You will be required to provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence, such as photos if applicable.
3.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on returning the item.
3.3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
3.4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
4.1. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4.2. Gift cards or promotional vouchers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a headwrap for a different color or design, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective headwrap, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and upon verification, we will either refund your purchase or send a replacement.
